Shipping

When placing an order please allow 3-5 business days to process your order as well as 1-2 weeks for delivery time. Shipping and handling times may be affected due to holiday or weather delays.

Understand we do not build in a profit for the cost of shipping. It is based on the weight of the product you are ordering and the location it will be traveling. 

 

Returns 

We hope you are thrilled with the candles you have purchased but from an unlikely event you need to return your order we invite you to review our ‘shipping & returns terms’.

For any undamaged product we offer a 14-day return policy excluding shipping costs (this means buyers are responsible for return shipping/shipping fees but are eligible for a free replacement/refund within 14 days of delivery). When returning an item it should be in brand-new condition and shipped with the original receipt (or gift receipt), any included accessories, and in its original product packaging to prevent breakage and reduce waste. We’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method once we have received your item. If you paid by credit or debit, please allow 5 business days for refund processing.

In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, once we receive your item, we’ll email your refund in the form of an electronic Nora gift card.
Nora gift cards can be used to purchase candles, diffusers, accessories, and more.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center

  • Enter your order number and email address to start

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted items (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Refund to store credit

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
